Configuring the HubSpot integration
Our HubSpot integration automatically finds contacts in HubSpot to update based on the email addresses of participants in your calls, and lets you easily export meeting summaries and notes directly to those records in HubSpot, ensuring that every interaction with your customers and prospects is captured and accessible.
Connecting your Parrot AI account to HubSpot
To Connect:
- In Parrot AI, go to Settings -> Connected Apps
- Click the button next to HubSpot labeled 'Connect'
- Follow the instructions. You will be asked to login to your HubSpot account to approve it
To Use:
- Navigate to the Parrot AI page that contains the information you'd like to export to HubSpot
- If you'd like to export the entire page, Click the "..." menu in the upper right of the page (next to the green Share button) and choose "Export to HubSpot"
- Then, follow the instructions to choose which HubSpot contact(s) you'd like to export to, and specify whether you'd like to log this Contact Activity as a "Meeting" or a "Note"
If you'd like to export the action items & topics discussed in a particular video clip, click the "..." menu in the top right of the Clip's box, and choose "Export to HubSpot".
To Remove:
Just go back to your Settings -> Connected Apps page and click the 'x' next to your connected HubSpot account.
