Personalize Your Transcripts with Custom Dictionary
The Parrot just got smarter! With our new Custom Dictionary feature, you can give your Parrot a list of team-specific words or phrases to listen for as it records your meeting.
Go to Settings → Custom Dictionary
Like most teams, you likely have several words and phrases that are unique to your organization and workflow. Now, you never have to sift through and edit your transcripts again. Simply send the Parrot to your meeting and we‘ll make sure that your transcripts are accurate!
After navigating to your Custom Dictionary, click ‘Add term’, add a word or phrase (spelled how it commonly appears in your transcript) as well as the word or phrase you‘d like to replace it with (the correct spelling).
Afterwards, the Parrot will only use the correct spelling when it hears those words or phrases. Instead of manually editing your transcripts or using Find and Replace to edit your pages, you can focus as Parrot does the work for you!
